Guest Speaker Dr. Tom Thamburaj

Moved to USA in 1970 from India; Graduated with a Ph.D., in Chemistry in 1975;

Gave his heart to the Lord’s Service in 1977; Served as Missions Director, Sunday School Teacher and

Deacon at his church in Ohio for three decades.

Professor of Chemistry for 36 years at Ohio University; retired in 2014.

Gideon for 26 years; presently President for Lemon Bay Gideon Camp in Florida.

Wife Vimala, a family physician, Retired and serving as president of Auxiliary (Ladies) in the Lemon Bay

camp.

Moved from Ohio to Florida in 2016. W

Attend First Baptist Church Venice and serve in the Deacon Ministry and in Missions Council.

Two children, a daughter and son. Daughter, son in law and two grandsons are living in Sarasota and the

son is living in New Jersey.
